7. Delivery
The French Beret delivers its products in metropolitan France and Corsica and can on request deliver in any country.

Delivery is made by the Colissimo service of La Poste. The delivery time is indicative 48H - 72H after shipment.
During the Christmas and New Year holidays, our team is reduced and deliveries may be delayed during this period.
For international shipments:
The delivery is made by default by the Colissimo International service of La Poste. The delivery time is indicative of 3 to 8 days after shipment.

An email is automatically sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the products provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have the choice:

You have a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of your order to let us know of your wish to return part or all of your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

8. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.
