4. Obligations of the client

6. Price

7. Delivery

The French Beret delivers its products in metropolitan France and Corsica and can on request deliver in any country.

The delivery of the products is done by the Colissimo service of the Post Office.

The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery can not be made to hotels or postboxes. For parcel delivery in mainland France and Corsica, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours maximum (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

For shipments in Metropolitan France:

Delivery is made by the Colissimo service of La Poste. The delivery time is indicative 48H - 72H after shipment.

During the Christmas and New Year holidays, our team is reduced and deliveries may be delayed during this period.

For international shipments:

The delivery is made by default by the Colissimo International service of La Poste. The delivery time is indicative of 3 to 8 days after shipment.

In case of problems or abnormally long delays, do not hesitate to contact us.

An email is automatically sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the products provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error.


You have the choice:

  • to be refunded the amount of products returned. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • to exchange your item for a different color or size
Please note that given the nature of the product, and for health reasons, masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
To do so, the Customer must first request a return or exchange by e-mail to contact@leberetfrancais.com.

You have a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of your order to let us know of your wish to return part or all of your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

The return or exchange is at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned within one week in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the return receipt, to the following address: LE BERET FRANÇAIS - 28 chemin de trouillet 64100 Bayonne. 

If the Customer does not comply with these conditions, including return or exchange conditions, Le Béret Français will not be able to refund the Products concerned.

The French Beret undertakes to reimburse you within a maximum period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your parcel in our warehouses. Refunds are by credit on the credit card used to pay the order.

8. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of products. 9. Payment

11. Force majeure

These general terms and conditions are subject to French law with regard to the substantive rules as well as the rules of form. Any dispute must be the subject of an attempt prior to amicable settlement.
