RODOLPHE
Rodolphe founded Le Béret Français in 2012 with the goal of keeping “Made in France” craftsmanship alive. In 2024, he also took over Le Bonnet Français, continuing his commitment to French manufacturing and the preservation of artisanal trades. A passionate entrepreneur, he is constantly launching new projects and envisioning the brand’s future with enthusiasm.
NATHALIE
Nathalie is our guiding force and a driving force for the team thanks to her boundless energy. A tireless worker who never takes a break, she is the creator and champion of our brands in France and internationally. She helps us shine at trade shows and in hundreds of retail stores. Deeply committed to every customer, regardless of order size, she gives each one the same attention and dedication.
THIBAUT
The company’s “MacGyver,” Thibaut oversees the entire production of the French Beret and the French Beanie. As the person responsible for ensuring the factory runs smoothly, he makes sure procedures are followed and coordinates production planning. He oversees the maintenance of the entire machine fleet, leads the development of new product lines, and drives the continuous improvement of our production methods. He supports and manages the team on a daily basis with professionalism, kindness, and good humor.
DELPHINE
Delphine is one of the pillars of La Fabrique. As the first smiling face to greet customers at the store and the first voice they hear on the phone, she embodies the company’s image every day. As the primary point of contact for our customers, she supports them with availability and kindness throughout the entire order process.
No task is beyond her: whether it’s administration, human resources, accounting, sales, or even production, she tackles each with the same dedication and professionalism. A true jack-of-all-trades, Delphine also orchestrates relationships between our customers, suppliers, and teams, ensuring that every project moves forward smoothly.
Her organizational skills, versatility, and infectious smile make her an essential part of La Fabrique.
NELLY
As Quality Manager, Nelly works with rigor and passion to ensure the excellence of our products. Dedicated and attentive to even the smallest details, she brings both heart and high standards to her daily work. She is also a trainer, handling multiple tasks and drawing on a wide range of skills, which she puts to use for the team every day.
VÉRONIQUE
The workshop’s free spirit and rock ’n’ roll soul, Véronique is a seamstress with a curiosity for all forms of hands-on creation and a wide range of craft skills. She also mentors the interns as they learn their trade. Her infectious energy and cheerful disposition contribute every day to the warm atmosphere at the workshop.
CLAIRE
Creative and an artist at heart, Claire conceives and brings to life numerous projects for the brand with great sensitivity. A huge fan of Cabillou, she brings her inspiration, her poetry, and her playful perspective on the world around her to the studio every day.
ALEXIA
Alexia joined the team in 2026. She brings her energy, versatility, and professionalism to the team. Always in a good mood, she contributes every day to the positive energy that drives the factory. Alexia is always at the forefront of fashion, with outfits full of taste and personality.
NATACHA
A highly skilled seamstress, Natacha stands out for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Always attentive and passionate, she brings special care to every creation.
She also contributes to the brand’s world as a model for our berets and hats, bringing our pieces to life with grace and authenticity.
ERYNN
Erynn, a student in a work-study program pursuing a BTS in Tourism, joined the Bayonne factory for two years. She organizes guided tours, creative workshops, and local events, enthusiastically helping visitors discover the world of the French beret.
ELSA
Before joining the team in Nanterre, Elsa was introduced to the world of the French beret at our factory in Bayonne, where she helped make berets during an immersive internship. Now a design student on a work-study program, she creates our visuals, catalogs, and marketing materials.
LOLA
Lola joined the team in September 2025 as a work-study student in Marketing & Communications. She helps promote Le Béret Français through content creation, social media, and showcasing our expertise.
