Le Béret Français delivers its products to mainland France and Corsica and can deliver to any country upon request.
Products are delivered by Colissimo or GLS.
Products are shipped with the invoice to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Deliveries cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. In order for these times to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
Le Béret Français undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of their order.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and Le Béret Français, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.
For deliveries to mainland France and Corsica, orders for berets are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
For shipments to mainland France:
Delivery is made by La Poste's Colissimo service or GLS. The delivery time is approximately 48-72 hours after shipment.
During the holiday season, between Christmas and New Year's Day, our team is reduced and deliveries may be delayed during this period.
For international shipments:
Delivery is made by default via La Poste's Colissimo International service. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 days after shipment.
Contribution to shipping and delivery costs
The rates shown here are those valid on January 1, 2025, for mainland France and Corsica.
If you encounter any problems or unusually long delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us.
An email is automatically sent to the customer when the products are shipped, provided that the email address indicated on the registration form is correct.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the choice:
- to be refunded for the amount of the returned products.
- to exchange your item for a different color or size
To do so, the Customer must first submit a return or exchange request by email to contact@leberetfrancais.com.
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return part or all of your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The product must be returned within one week in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the return slip, to the following address: LE BERET FRANÇAIS - 28 chemin de trouillet 64100 Bayonne.
If the Customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, in particular the terms and conditions for returns or exchanges, Le Béret Français will not be able to refund the Products concerned.
Le Béret Français undertakes to refund you within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package in our warehouses. Refunds will be made by crediting the credit card used to pay for the order.
