Delivery

The French Beret delivers its products all over the world.
The products are delivered by the Colissimo service of the Post Office.
The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery can not be made to hotels or postboxes. Delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average time of processing and delivery. In order to meet these deadlines, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase code, access code , names and / or intercom numbers, etc.).
Le Béret Français undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order. In case of damaged packages (already open, missing products ...), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the French Beret, by any means, all reserves within 3 days of receipt of the product.
The French Beret can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing not being his, nor a delivery to the wrong address knowing that the printed label is filled by the customer.
Le Béret Français is no longer responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the carrier La Poste.
For shipments in Metropolitan France:
For parcel delivery in mainland France and Corsica, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours if the product is in stock (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Delivery is by Colissimo de La Poste. The delivery time is indicative within 2 or 3 days after shipment.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

An email is automatically sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the products provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error.

For any return request or exchange, the customer must first make a return request by e-mail contact@leberetfrancais.com specifying his choice: an exchange or a refund.
You have a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of your order to let us know of your wish to return part or all of your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, only items that are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Returned items must be able to be resold.
Please note that given the nature of the product, and for health reasons, masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
You have the choice:
• to be reimbursed on the amount of the value of the products, without shipping cost
• exchange your item for a different color or size.
In the particular case of a defective item, the return and exchange costs will be systematically covered by Le Béret Français. If the item ordered seems defective, send an email to contact@leberetfrancais.com.
The French Beret undertakes to reimburse you within a maximum period of 30 days from the day of receipt of your parcel in our warehouses.
Refunds are made directly by the means of payment used to pay the order.
The shipping costs of the original order are not refunded.
