The French Beret delivers its products all over the world.
The products are delivered by the Colissimo service of the Post Office.
The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery can not be made to hotels or postboxes. Delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average time of processing and delivery. In order to meet these deadlines, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase code, access code , names and / or intercom numbers, etc.).
Le Béret Français undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order. In case of damaged packages (already open, missing products ...), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the French Beret, by any means, all reserves within 3 days of receipt of the product.
The French Beret can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing not being his, nor a delivery to the wrong address knowing that the printed label is filled by the customer.
Le Béret Français is no longer responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the carrier La Poste.
