Delivery & Return DELIVERY Le Béret Français delivers its products in metropolitan France and Corsica and can deliver in any country on request. The delivery of the products is carried out by the Colissimo service of the Post Office. The products are shipped with the delivery bill to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering on our website. Delivery cannot be carried out to hotels or post offices. The delivery time indicated on the website is the indicative deadline corresponding to the average processing and delivery time. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the client must ensure that he/she has communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address such as: street, building, access code, names and/or interphone number. Le Béret Français is committed to inform the customer about the evolution of the process of his order. In case of damaged parcels (already opened, missing products…), the customer agrees to notify the carrier and Le Béret Français by all means, all reserved within 3 days after receiving the product. Le Béret Français will not be responsible of the consequences due to a delay of delivery not being of its fact. For shipments in Metropolitan France: For delivery of parcels in Metropolitan France and Corsica, orders are processed and shipped within 48h maximum (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Delivery is done by Colissimo Post Office. The delivery time is within 2 or 3 days after shipment. The rates presented here below are those valid on 14/11/2018 for Metropolitan France and Corsica. RETURN & EXCHANGE The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.
 To do so, the client will have to make a request for return or exchange by e-mail. You have a period of 30 days after receiving your order to let us know in order to return your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day. According to general conditions of sale, only items not worn, not washed and returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Returned items must be must be in a good condition to be resold. You will have the choice: • To be reimbursed without penalties. • To exchange your item with a different color or size In the particular case of a defective article, the return and exchange costs will be systematically taken in charge by Le Béret Français. If the article ordered appears to be defective, please send an email to Le Béret Français will reimburse you within a maximum of 30 days from the delay of receipt of your parcel in our warehouse.
