To do so, the Customer must first request a return or exchange by e-mail: contact@leberetfrancais.com.
You have a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of your order to let us know of your wish to return part or all of your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, only items that are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Returned items must be able to be resold.
You have the choice :
- to be reimbursed without penalty.
- to exchange your item for a different color or size
In the particular case of a defective item, the return and exchange costs will be systematically covered by Le Béret Français. If the item ordered seems defective, send an email to contact@leberetfrancais.com
The French Beret undertakes to reimburse you within a maximum period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your parcel in our warehouses.
Refunds are by credit on the credit card used to pay the order.
